Mission

Extend-A-Family is a Toronto-wide community organization that seeks diverse opportunities wherein a variety of mutually valued relationships may flourish between individuals with a disability and others in their communities.

Extend-A-Family is a not-for-profit, charitable organization, founded in 1976, governed by a volunteer Board of Directors comprised of parents of children with disabilities, and self advocates and community members.
