Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting is organized once a year and is usually held in the month of June.  Natural Families, Hosts, Alumni, Parent Group Members, Board Members and Staff are invited to gather and attend our annual general meeting.  Annual general meeting information packages, which outline the agenda for the meeting, are sent out prior to the meeting in June.

After attending to AGM business we gather socially for the fun part of the day.

All are invited to participate and enjoy various organized games, arts and crafts, games, food as well professional entertainment such as singers, actors, or magicians.

This is great opportunity to show your support for Extend-A-Family, not only to satisfy government administrative requirements, but especially to get to know more about the board and mingle with staff and members of Extend-A-Family.
